Job description



This individual is responsible for planning, implementation, and maintenance of technical projects associated with the Sanofi iLearn platform based on Cornerstone On-Demand Learning.  These technical projects include integrations with other Sanofi applications and as such the position will work closely with our business partners and Global IS. The position requires an individual with a deep understanding of the Cornerstone application, integration technologies and methodologies, and the Learning Management field as a whole.

Knowledge and skills:

·         Broad understanding of information technology solutions, theory and principles and their application to learning management and HR systems.

·         Broad, in-depth knowledge of Quality Management, Industry standards, regulations (GxP, SOX, Data Privacy, etc.), and trends

·         Fluent in English

·         Adaptability to a changing and highly dynamic work environment

·         Ability to build strong customer relationships, effectively contribute to and influence decision making, and resolve conflicts with stakeholders with tact and diplomacy

·         Work and communicate effectively as a member or leader of global, cross-functional, multi-national project teams or work groups

·         Work autonomously and execute complex activities with little or no supervision

·         Coordinate with service providers as required

·         Strong technical documentation skills

·         Cornerstone administrator certification

Formal education and experience:

·         Bachelor's degree in computing, computer science or related scientific or technical discipline.

·         Several years of experience in application management and configuration in an non-GxP and GXP systems
