Job description


·  Design and guarantee the accurate implementation of the HR strategies in support of the short/mid & long term business results in business units assigned.
·  Design, validate & implement the acurate Organizational structure to improve business performance (individual & team), balancing current business moment and future needs.
·  Enable Organizational & cultural alignment to increase business results and talent engagement.
·  Develop & guarantee Change Management strategies implementation in order to enable company transitions, mantaining team performance and talent development.
·  Act as change agents through proper diagnosis and full understanding of the business environment combined with a view of the impact on the future.
·  Promote the HR service delivery model that fulfills business needs.
·  Close partner with the country HR team to Strenghten HR function and its added value to the business, following the corporate guidelines of the ONE HR model.
·  Lead the implementation and continued application of Key HR processes within the business units assigned.
·  Foster an accurate working environment that enables employee engagement through out all organizational groups
