Channel Trade Marketing Manager

Job purpose:

·  Growing SANOFI/Consumer Health Care Market share at the level of Pharmacy Chains leveraging SANOFI strong Portfolio to offer unique services that supports implementation of Brands strategy at Point Of Sale.
·  Set up Modern Trade Business for Consumer products in major accounts and modern trade outlets by developing a customer relationship / commercial strategies that will pave the way for our portfolio to Hypermarkets and Key Accounts.

Eligibility Criteria:

·  At least 3 years working experience in Trade Marketing from FMCG or Telecommunication industry
·  Business Graduate is a must.

Required Skills:

·  Must have experience in developing retail customers & shopper marketing.
·  Proven record of success with strong sense of ownership.
·  In-depth knowledge of modern trade and multi-channel experience preferred.
·  Can turn Analysis into compelling commercial strategies
·  Strong leadership skills (experienced in leading teams and/or cross-functional teams).
·  Dynamic, results-oriented individual with a \'hands on\' style
·  Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment
·  Customer-oriented
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team player
·  Personable, Energetic, Responsive, Confident and Honest.
