Job Description

Purpose
The Sales Promoter manages sales activities in own geographical area, creating long term relationship with the customer with the aim of achieving the sales targets assigned with regards to sales volume, value profit and market share according to Alcon's guidelines.

Major Accountabilities:
Sales:

•Full responsibility for sales development in a specific territory for customer consolidation in order to develop a consolidate and strong relationship.
In particular:

The person will:
guarantee the sales targets and the increase in market share in the assigned area by classifying his/her customers every year, according to the corporate segmentation system from time to time in force and by managing time, product portfolio and activities on the basis of said segmentation- by identifying possible areas of growth (new customers)

guarantee the respect of the commercial guidelines in relation to sales terms and conditions and applying the foreseen discounts on the basis of consumption and customer segmentation

manage the relationship with opticians professionally and fairly by updating the customers on the optical market conditions; by presenting new products, marketing programs and business promotions by

Administration:
Be responsible for administrative activities:
by updating customer data regularly;
by immediately forwarding collected orders to the company
by drafting and filing reports on visited customers and on the competition on a weekly basis; collection, ...)

Market Monitor:
Constant monitor products and services provided by competitors

Previous experience: 3-5 years previous experience in Sales field in FMCG industry;
