Major authority:
•Creating CARs.
•Project realization responsibility in relation to the budget allocated to the project, together with the schedule and related milestones.
• Third party management in area of realization of current and planned tasks of subordinate departments.

Major accountabilities:
Capex:
•Support overall plan for TGT and LF budget
•Track budget against actual spend for assigned projects
•Track rolling forecast for assigned projects
•Align the requirements with internal client and project budget and timeline
•Collaborate and coordinate assigned projects with internal client

CARs:
•Preparation of CAR
•First offer tendering process – CAR request
•Ensure Global guidance and policies are in use for CAR layouts and requirements
•Ensure tracking of CAR closure and benefit realization

Projects:
•Lead selected projects in accordance with Global PMO standards
•Project Risk Management
•Implement and execute of high level HSE standards during project realization with internal and external companies and clients
•Support equipment standardization process in close collaboration with other Novartis divisions, Global Engineering and purchasing

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

•Project Management certification :PMP® _ IPMA (NCB)_PRINCE2
•Minimum 3 years’ experience at Project Management position in Engineering area. (e.g. leading Engineering Projects as Project Coordinator or Project Manager, leading large Engineering projects)
•Comprehensive technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment and plant design
•Needed applications knowledge: Very good command of MS Office, ERP systems, AutoCad
•Education: MSc in Engineering
•Foreign languages: Fluent in English
