Learning Coordinator, Novartis, Prague, Czech Republic

The purpose of this role is to support customer Learning teams in the planning, administration and coordination of defined Learning Journeys.

Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Expert in successful planning and execution of Learning Journeys, understanding and documenting processes and effectively using Learning Management Systems and related tools
• Effectively collaborate with customer Learning Partners, business partners, vendors, participants and trainers to successfully plan and execute Learning Journeys, anticipating challenges and providing leadership from a coordination/process/system perspective
• Manage communications with participants, managers and the HR community throughout the process, including use of social media to drive participant enagagement in Learning Journeys where appropriate
• Drive effective collaboration with Learning Execution Services teams on a regular basis, e.g. regular feedback on processes and systems, exception handling and customer feedback
• Search for appropriate seminar locations and hotels, agree on seminar fees and conditions with the respective providers

You’ll receive:

Minimum requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Learning / HR or equivalent education
• English written and spoken
• 3-5 years experience in L&D field incl. Leadership Development Programs
• Exemplary in cross functional and cross cultural work
• Excellent project coordination/event management skills
