Job Description

The trainee will experience an on-the-job learning path within the Legal department of Novartis Oncology division. During this experience the young graduate will have the opportunity to fully understand the role of the Legal department in a multinational pharmaceutical company, will be exposed to different activities and challenges which will help gain practical approach and knowledge.

In addition the trainee will focus on activities related (but not limited) to:
•Collaborate in providing legal support to Business Franchises/Functions within Oncology division, including drafting business contracts;
•Specific research for law and legal framework knowledge and update, drafting notes and opinions if needed;
•Support the review and local implementation of Group Legal projects to be implemented at Country level,;
•Review standard agreements, policies and guidelines aligning with other divisions;
