• Operationalize complex logistics for newly launched product
• Provide tactical oversight on all customer service operations and portfolio of projects in the department
• Drive operational efficiency project, and productivity initiatives
• Measure and monitor team KPIs
• Organization of dispatch deliveries from external suppliers to affiliates and monitoring
• Manage customer service level and satisfaction
• Processing/preparation of planning data for external production partners and identification of fluctuations in demand
• Order and inventory management of drug substance, drug product and components
• Stock optimizing market supply (handling of rush orders, avoiding of stock out in the markets etc.)

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

Education: HAK-Matura, Bachelor degree in International Business and Management
Languages: Fluent in English and ideally also German
Experience: Several years of professional experience in purchasing, production planning or customer service, sales administration or sales in industry.
Basic knowledge of complex supply and logistics processes and ideally knowledge in supplier negotiations. Solid experience in Project Management and Process Improvement. Experience in Launch management. Experience in SAP projects
Profile: A high degree of flexibility, the ability to work under pressure and good communication skills strengthen your profile.
