General Description
Job Purpose - Corporate Innovation project management - Coordinating cross divisional projects for company process innovation, operation optimization, system improvement, and business performance enhancement - Define the clear goal and set up the milestones for innovation projects - Re-design business process, and manage new system (global /local system) implementation - Develop the main key performance index, and drive the continuous improvement Key Responsibilities: - Enhance Supply chain optimization - Analyse the channel PSI data , find the issue and create the improvement proposals for the entire supply chain management : Market demand, forecast, customer stock/sell-out, order fulfilment, and Logistics Performance - Support channel optimization projects well aligned with the company strategy - For all channels (Operators/Distributors/Retailers) for reducing working capital, improving cash flow, increasing sell-out, and improving optimal inventory both in Samsung and Customers - Support/Coordinate Customer collaboration projects - CVP (Customer Value Propositions) project with Top telecom operators - CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment) project with retail customers - Drive Process Innovation and improvement - Review the current process and re-design the new process for main business area (Sales, Marketing, Operation, Supply chains, Biz management, Retail management, and Service) - Prepare documentations : new project, process improvement, and system atomization - Report weekly/monthly to top management with updated project progress, ROI, and KPI - Give the presentation/training to external and internal customers

Necessary Skills / Attributes
 BA or MS degree (preferably Business management, Industrial Engineering, and Economics)  Fluent English and Italian both in speaking and written  1~3 year experiences in project management in Global companies or consulting firms  Strong Analytical skills / Good communication skills  High level of MS office ( excel, PPT, word)  Ability to work under pressure
