Job description
En qualité de stagiaire, vous travaillerez au sein de l'équipe Administration des ventes FADEC.
Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
· - assurer la relation de premier plan avec le client
· - accueillir les demandes clients et préparer les propositions de prix sur base catalogue
· - assurer un reporting régulier avec le client
· - réaliser la revue de commande
· - enregistrer dans SAP les commandes clients
· - administrer la gestion des réclamations
· - vérifier la conformité de la prestation aux règles d'export control
· - générer les livraisons
· - vérifier et envoyer les factures aux clients
· - traiter les litiges de livraison/facturation
· - participer au reporting société sur l'avancement des livraisons et facturations
· - aider et participer à la rédaction des procédures essentielles au travail de l'équipe

De formation, bac+3 / Bac+4 en Commerce Internationale, vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils digitaux, vous faites preuve d'un bon relationnel pour travailler en équipe et vous êtes orienté.e client.
D'une grande adaptabilité, votre rigueur et dans la résolution de problèmes seront des atouts pour votre prise de poste.
