Job description

·  • Orçamentos: elaborar orçamentos de venda de materiais;
·  • Compras: criação de SC, seguir processo de aprovação e acompanhamento até o recebimento do item;
·  • Controle de contratos: controles contratuais da Diretoria FO Militar ;
·  • Comercial: atualização de controle de faturamento semanalmente;
·  • Marketing: controle de patrocínios aprovados e negados;
·  • CRM: atualização constante do MS Dynamics com os contatos atualizados dos clientes;
·  • Correspondências: emissão de cartas e controle;
·  • Digitalização de documentos;
·  • Comercial: Acompanhar a entrega e recolhimento do material junto as bases do cliente;
·  • Comercial: Desenvolver Melhoria nos processos internos;
·  • Suporte nos Processos patrocínio;
·  • Suporte no Processo de compra de brindes;
·  • Planejamento e Suporte de Eventos com os clientes;
·  • Promoção de atividades de marketing com os clientes e CMCs
·  • Solicitações de Compras;
·  • Suporte ao Site;
·  • Suporte à inteligência de mercado
