La Direction des Systèmes d'Information de SAFRAN Transmission Systems recherche un(e) apprenti(e) : Maintien en Conditions Opérationnelles - Support des Outils Scientifiques et Industriels

Rattaché au pôle Applications et Projets, l'apprenti(e) "Maintien en Conditions Opérationnelles - Support des Outils Scientifiques et Industriels" interviendra sur la maintenance et le support des outils scientifiques (Engineering) et industriels (Manufacturing) internes.

Les principales missions seront les suivantes :

·  - Maintenir en conditions opérationnelles les diverses applications (installation, documentation, licences…),
·  - Supporter les utilisateurs pour les applications déployées (tâches et incidents via Ticketing),
·  - Participer aux initiatives d'évolution et éventuels projets applicatifs.

Vous serez amené(e) à intervenir auprès des différents métiers afin de supporter leurs besoins et interagir avec les équipes DSI locales et groupe.

Job requirements

Formation : BTS Informatique / Master 2 (Ecole d'Ingénieur Informatique), option SI
Aptitudes et expériences souhaitées :

·  - Environnement Windows OS (Linux apprécié). Aisance sur les protocoles d'installation applicative et réseaux (très apprécié).
·  - Doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel, vous êtes organisé(e), disponible et possédez de réelles aptitudes à travailler en équipe.
·  - Capacité de montée en compétences sur les outils scientifiques et industriels. Il n'est pas pré-requis d'avoir des connaissances des outils au préalable, ce serait un plus.
