Apprenti(e) Support Assurance Qualité Processus IT H/F

Job description

Au sein de la Direction de la Qualité de Safran Aircraft Engines, vous assurerez un soutien au responsable de l'Assurance Qualité du Système d'information. Vous participerez ainsi à la démarche d'amélioration des processus IT (système d'information) en vous basant sur les bonnes pratiques du domaine.

Dans le cadre de ce poste d'apprentissage, vous contribuerez à :

·  • Améliorer et/ou à mettre en œuvre des processus avec les équipes de la DSI,

·  • Réaliser un « assessment » des processus IT par rapport à la norme ISO 20000 afin de proposer des axes de progrès.

·  • Optimiser le référentiel documentaire des processus IT,

·  • Organiser et préparer des audits ou des revues de processus

·  • Assurer le suivi des non conformités,

Job requirements

A la recherche d'un contrat d'apprentissage, vous intégrez ou poursuivez une formation dans le domaine des Systèmes d'Information ou de la Qualité.

Vous êtes curieux(se), inventif(ve), détenez un bon relationnel et êtes capable de travailler en équipe.

Vous êtes en capacité d'apporter :

·  • Votre capacité d'analyse et de synthèse,
·  • Vos connaissances sur le pilotage par les processus,
·  • Votre rigueur et votre pragmatisme

Enfin, vous maîtrisez le pack office.
Des connaissances des référentiels ITIL ou COBIT seraient un plus.
