Job description
Au sein de la Direction Support Client (Service Client), vous serez rattachée à l'équipe des Gestionnaires Administration des Ventes, vous serez amené.e à :
· - Assurer l'exécution des transactions liées à un contrat client
· - assurer la relation de premier plan avec le client
· - accueillir les demandes clients et préparer les propositions de prix sur base catalogue
· - assurer un reporting régulier avec le client
· - réaliser la revue de commande
· - enregistrer dans SAP les commandes clients
· - administrer la gestion des réclamations
· - vérifier la conformité de la prestation aux règles d'export control
· - générer les livraisons
· - vérifier et envoyer les factures aux clients
· - traiter les litiges de livraison/facturation
· - participer au reporting société sur l'avancement des livraisons et facturations

Job requirements
Vous êtes diplomé.e d'un BTS Commerce Internationale ou d'une licence dans le même domaine. Vous poursuivez vos études en formation Bac+3 ou niveau Master dans le domaine de l'administration des ventes.
Vous faites preuve d'un bon relationnel, en français et en anglais (lu, parlé, écrit). Ces qualités vous permettront d'échanger facilement avec nos différents clients.
