Reports to: Maintenance Engineering Manager

Summary/Objective

The main objective of this position is to enhance the reliability of the plant's process equipment.

The reliability engineer will therefore be responsible for providing technical expertise, in the mechanical field, on all aspects of reliability engineering, through the evaluation and monitoring of all process equipment. In this context, he will have to carry out the corresponding analyzes and reliability studies on existing equipment, recommending the necessary improvements in the strategies and in the best practices to be adopted to increase the productivity of the assets

Main Responsibilities

·  Guarantee the correct data collection of OEE and maintenance data (CMMS).
·  On the TPM/WCM models knowledge basis, analyse machine failure data (breakdown analysis) with the support of company IT systems (CMMS, Aspen, other) using defined Problem Solving tools (Root Cause Analysis and other).
·  Coordinate working groups (production, maintenance, quality) aimed at improving the reliability and maintainability of the machines, in order to reduce corrective or curative maintenance and thus reduce maintenance costs.
·  Define and formalize, through the preparation of timetables and checklists, preventive maintenance plans complying with the company objectives and the maintenance strategy defined by the Group Global Maintenance function, interfacing with Operating Maintenance (Execution) and Production Staff.
·  Define the needs of spare parts according to the defined maintenance policy, interfacing with Methods Service and Spare Parts Warehouse.
·  Define the necessary skills (internal Roquette and external for third parties) for carrying out Preventive Maintenance activities.
·  Provide support for Operating Maintenance during breakdown interventions.
·  Collaborate with Production and Manufacturing Excellence in the development of Autonomous Maintenance (AM).
·  Prepare the schedule of activities to be carried out during the stops and in accordance with the involved Functions, organize resources and materials and verify the results (completeness and compliance with deadlines).
·  Verify the compliance of Preventive Maintenance plans in terms of both effectiveness and efficiency.
·  Identify and report to Maintenance Engineering the opportunities for Predictive Maintenance development.
·  Participate in the design of new and revamped machines by promoting activities to improve reliability and maintainability.
·  Collaborate with Methods Service in the drafting of maintenance procedures.
·  Verify the technical and economical performances of maintenance through the appropriate KPIs and KAIs.
·  Participate company meetings with production and maintenance.
·  Collaborate with maintenance structure (Local and Global) to develop Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and  to develop Risk Based Maintenance (RBM).
·  Collaborate on energy savings topics.

Experience required : 3-5 years, preferably in the reliability maintenance of industrial plants

Education required: Preferably Master’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

Languages:

ITALIAN mother language

ENGLISH required (mandatory)

FRENCH preferential title

·  Knowledge and use of CMMS, project management tools, ASPEN, standard software packages (Office, etc.)
