We needa UX Researcher who:

will be responsible for analyzing project goals, planning UX involvement, and leading the UCD activities in projects. Along with other specialists, you will apply user research techniques to learn the users' needs and translating them into specific project recommendations and requirements.

Requirements:

·  Passion for User-Centered Design
·  Degree in Psychology, Sociology, HCI, Cognitive Psychology, Social Science or related discipline
·  2+ years of experience as a researcher, UX expert, information architect, UX designer or similar
·  Good understanding of UX design standards and trends
·  Command of a broad set of qualitative (In-Depth Individual Interviews, observations, Usability Testing, etc.) and quantitative research methods
·  Experience in workshop facilitation (Design Thinking, Google Design Sprint, and others)
·  Great communication skills, ability to synthesize and communicate ideas
·  Fluency in English (everyday contacts with international team/clients)
·  Readiness to travel abroad up to 10% annual
·  Nice to have: experience in creating design deliverables (Axure and/or others which you prefer)
