Job description
· Job facts
· Customer Insights & Marketing analytics
· Work together with marketing & sales team, conduct market research, collect market insights from KOLs and integrate into portfolio and brand strategy
· Brand & Therapeutically area knowledge: work together with PD and Strategic planning team for pipeline planning and business case development
· Portfolio Strategy Development and Coordination
· Lead and coordinate annual BP preparation across brand teams within Franchise
· Work close with key cross-functional team on business and financial planning
· Communicate with global team on key strategic initiatives
· Strategic Project Management
· Develop and maintain management tools and platform for operation excellence by disease area
· Guide the team to develop launch excellence and tangible KPIs for performance management
· Marketing Execution support
· Take charge of selected external marketing activities for disease area, together with medical/PD team
