Provide professional administrative support to PDO Clinical Business Partners in fast paced global environment. Responsible for diverse administrative duties including meeting coordination, calendarscheduling/management,professional correspondence, expense report processing, Domestic and International travel coordination, processing contracts. Arrange, coordinate and support meetings, events, and activities both on and off-site and manage all meeting and event logistics including AV, catering and any additional requests. Manage daily calendars and make independent decisions to reduce conflicts and accommodate high priority commitments. Coordinate Domestic and International travel requests and manage travel changes. Process expense reports. Collaborate with Admin team to support business needs. Follow through on action items. Exercise independent judgment and discretion withsensitive/confidentialand proprietary information and maintain compliance. Use software applications and systems including: gMail, gCal, gDocs, Concur, Microsoft Office. Successful candidates will proactively address problems and develop practical, thorough, and creative solutions, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail; exercise independent judgment and discretion of confidential and proprietary information. Responsible, reliable, a self-starter and have a can do attitude. Excellent oral and written communication. Organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
