Summary

Responsible for identifying, developing, driving and monitoring the customer value proposition for the product Portfolio. Formulates implements and leads the initial marketing plan for the specific product portfolio and to be aligned with the line manager. Recognized both internally and externally as the dedicated product champion. Provides proactive input to the business on both specific product and business area issues.

Your Responsibilities

·  Responsible for establishing and informing the RDSA sales and service team about the marketing positioning strategy, customer value proposition and Product specifications of Roche IT & Workflow Solutions
·  Responsible for Product Management for pre and post analytical solution of RDSA
·  Defines IT solutions product portfolio promotional concept in collaboration with other members of Marketing & Project Management Department
·  Provide consulting support in Workflow + IT Solutions products, at different levels and follows EMEA WF + IT working group initiatives and guidelines
·  Implement actions that ensure that sales personnel have the adequate understanding of the IT solutions
·  Product concept & strategy. Develop product training and marketing tools to support its daily work
·  Monitoring of market trends, customer needs and developments in the medical/ diagnostic area, related to IT Solutions. Transfer of the findings into proposals for strategies to further develop the ME market
·  Understand and translate the features of the IT Solutions products into customer oriented benefits

Communication

·  Responsible for IT set up in main projects and tenders in collaboration with countries and BD.
·  Promote platform solutions combining analytics and pre- / post-analytics with sample and data flow
·  concepts to enable total lab solution offerings to the market
·  Ensure activity planning/reporting at the CRM software, keeping data updated;
·  Support Tender and Logistics department on product knowledge updates
·  Track the marketing budget in accordance to agreed latest financial plans;
·  Identifies and develops, together with Account Managers/Country input, new opportunities, driving market introduction and adoption by the Labs, in order to expand the business and drive innovation

Customer Demand/Business Need / Product Management for IT& WF

·  Ensures that all products are actively forecast each month as per the forecasting and product introductions processes
·  Manages the introduction and withdrawal of products as per the product introduction/withdrawal process, according to the established SOP's
·  Ensures that changes affecting products are communicated as per the product change communication process
·  Ensures that all commercial product management tasks are properly implemented in a timely manner in accordance with the procedures in place

Development & Implementation of Marketing Plan

·  Clearly communicates the marketing plan and fully brief on marketing activities relevant Roche personnel – i.e. sales force, support functions
·  Initiates, gains consensus and implements all marketing operations to achieve planned sales and profit contributions
·  Monitors monthly progress against plan and recommend corrective actions to ensure successful achievement of plan
·  Closes collaboration with global and regional product management in regards to their assistance in marketing campaigns and supplying them with local market information

Desired profile

Who You Are

·  You hold a BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT or equivalent is required
·  You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and/or Marketing with a proven success record
·  You have knowledge in Workflow, Laboratory, Technical and IT
·  You have strong knowledge of the Diagnostics and health care market in Saudi Arabia
·  You are supportive, customer focused, and have strong stakeholder management (managing expectations) skills
·  You are a strong team plater and are able to work in cross-functional teams
·  You are fluent in English language, both spoken and written. Arabic is preferred plus
·  You have strong analytical and planning skills
·  You have strong communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills
·  You are willing to frequently travel in Saudi Arabia
