·  Communicate with client contact to build and maintain long-term business relationship with clients through networking and account management activities.
·  Provide expert information and/or analysis ensuring a high level of customer service to internal customers.
·  Provide Lifecycle expertise in researching and developing solutions to a variety of complex, non-routine issues across multiple processes.
·  Assist in the development of process simplification and harmonization and provides content to support required communications.

·  Execute administrative HR Employee Lifecycle end-to-end processes in terms of pre-onboarding, onboarding, termination, individual organizational changes, contract management etc. in align with the service SLAs and legal regulations
·  Ensure employee personal data as well as organization data collected accurately and on time during lifecycle process
·  Establish appropriate employee P-file and E-filing in terms of lifecycle processes
·  Actively participate in the continuously development, improvement and implementation of Roche HR processes and procedures as required
·  Handling of executed processes within the Workday
·  May handle routine and adhoc reporting generation requirements
·  Provide HR service consultation and guidance on complex changes, servicing requirements and process, ensure alignment on key initiatives impacting servicing.

·  Corporate with Data Management Team to ensure the efficient data flow and transactional data maintenance in Workday system with accuracy
·  Liaison (and coordination) within other Service Center functions (e.g. T1, T2 payroll, Time, Benefits) for cross functional transactions and processes

·  Proactively join the Global committee meeting as required
·  Support and contribute as a subject matter expert in local or global projects as required

·  Be responsible for relevant working process review and update according to business requirement
·  Be responsible for on-line process adjustment with HR-IT team's support, as well as vendor's
·  Be responsible for off-line process to be communicated and distributed to the relevant stakeholders
·  Participate any relevant project for system / process improvement in order to have operations excellence
·  Assist to centralize and manage all kinds of documents
