We are looking for a UX + CX Insights Intern to be part of the Global Diagnostics User Experience Team (DIA UX) working on the transformation of user and customer experience in healthcare. The UX + CX Insights Intern will be responsible for:

· 
Assisting with user research and usability testing

· 
Collaboratively translating user research into powerful insights that impact design and business decisions

· 
Communicating powerful insights to business stakeholders through written, visual and prototype form

· 
Working on service blueprints, customer journeys, and rough prototype mock-ups

Learning opportunities

· 
Ability to concept, design and plan a user research study in collaboration with a product team

· 
Choosing the right methodology

Formulating of hypotheses

Defining user groups, target countries, etc

· 
Detail Preparation of user research activities

· 
Creation of screeners, questionnaires, interview guides etc.

Execution of qualitative research study, data collection

· 
Interview and observation techniques

Track and process data

Documentation of research results

· 
Consolidating research results from different sources into brief, concise, actionable insights and stories for design and product teams

· 
Translation of collected insights into UX deliverables such as user journeys, service blueprints, personas, etc.

Creation of research reports and distribution of user insights into the organization

Understanding of the overall design process

Ideally, you fulfill the following criteria:

· 
You are currently enrolled as a student or have recently graduated (within the last 12 months) in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Psychology or a combination of design and social science

· 
You have basic knowledge of and a big interest in UX methodologies

· 
You are proficient in using Adobe tools

· 
You are fluent in English
