HR Business Partner (HRBP) - ROCHE Hungary

What does HRBP role mean at ROCHE Hungary?

Your role is to contribute to the business by supporting in all people related matters throughout the employee journey (i.e.: consulting employees and managers in daily issues, improve our employer brand, acquire and onboard talents, performance and career management, development, compensation). You are also going to focus on building a cohesive community, deliver training programs and workshops – whatever comes in the agile transformation process.

As background, HR BP experience, good human and collaboration abilities, ideally agile experience & mindset and active English skills are needed.

Key tasks and responsibilities

· Business Partnering for related Pharma and Diagnostics departments

· Agile transformation support – focus on setting people leaders and employees for success. Listen actively, provide feedback, support, upskill them as needed.

· Training&Development agenda – harmonize performance management and development concepts for better individual, team and organization performance throughout the entire organization

· Fit for purpose concept – organization design approach: analyze current situation, review processes and constantly renew HR practices

· Promote team work and agility across company

· Ensure all HR reporting tasks are met and collaborate with the global community: HR Chapters, SSC, and COEs.

Experience/ Skills required

· 5 years of experience in HR area with the focus on OD, Community building, and preferably Agile transformation as well

· Fluent Hungarian and English

· Experience in facilitation, workshop & training design and delivery

· Customer centricity

· Project management skill
