Your day to day responsibilities are:

As a Digital Publishing Expert you are a technically-qualified person who strives to achieve business goals through web presence and digital platforms by supporting stakeholders in global projects. Digital refers to a multi-faceted environment consisting of websites, web-application, CRM and editorial tools and social media platforms. You are responsible for supporting and partnering with the Corporate Brand & Communications team in Group Communications in executing on the digital strategy by delivering a full suite of objectives across the Roche web presence as well as design and code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for publishing quarterly financial results.

As a qualified expert, you:

·  Publish and manage content for websites and social media.
·  Triage request for content publishing with the right stakeholders.
·  Upload content to different platforms and ensure draft posts are scheduled ahead of time.
·  Collect and store content with appropriate labelling.
·  Monitor email inbox for Roche internal content creators and external content creators.
·  Monitor content on social media for questions, adverse events and product complaints reporting.
·  Report on content performance per quarter and campaign.
·  Set-up monitoring and measuring dashboards to report on content performance.

What can you bring to our team:

University or College Degree (preferably inComputing and IT, Communication or Digital Marketing)

· 
Experience in large organizations, in digital marketing area

· 
Strong English knowledge, German is a plus

· 
Dynamic and flexible in working with different tools

· 
Good understanding of communication capabilities

· 
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing global environment

· 
Good communication skills & team player
