Main Tasks & Responsibilities 主要工作职责 :

·  Catch up E-Commerce developing trend, help company assess new E-platform and find valued new E-platform to enter, like Vip.com, Netease Koala, PDD, Yun ji, we-store, etc.. Make suitable strategy and action plan to develop the business on new platform. 抓住电子商务发展趋势,帮助公司对新兴电商平台进行评估,选择有价值的平台入驻,如唯品会,网易考拉,拼多多,云集,微店和其他。制定合理的生意策略和行动计划,发展新兴平台的生意。
·  Closely work with marketing team to drive Roche and e platform partnership on digital solution to create demand, like data sharing, content, and diabetes management 与市场部紧密合作推动罗氏和电商平台在数字化营销方面的战略合作,挖掘消费者需求,如数据共享,消费者教育和糖尿病管理等领域。
·  Build and regular update customer profile, and sales, off-take, product mix, etc. data base 建立并维护客户的档案及销售,产品等数据库,定期更新 Proposal annual resources(price, margin, rebate, etc.) allocation建议年度资源分配(扣率,利润等) Set Account KPIs & scorecard 建立客户的KPIs 和年度,季度及月度业绩评估。
·  Familar with e store operation, actively develop customer business potential, conduct quarterly business review with Key customers in order to maintain a good relationship with customers from making decision to operation management level, and enable Roche products can be consecutively listed on the preference list 熟悉电商客户的运营,积极地制定客户化的发展计划,同大客户开展季度业务回顾,与重点客户保持从决策到操作管理等不同管理层的良好业务关系,使罗氏产品始终作为客户的首选品牌
·  Sets up customer business tracking systems, including monthly sales, distribution coverage, expense status & ROI, productivity by customer , competition situation, pricing stability, account P&L; generate revised initiatives & customized programs to continue the success in customer satisfactions. 建立客户的业务跟踪系统,包括月度销售,产品分布,费用使用和投资回报,销售产出,竞争品牌状况,价格状况,罗氏在客户的盈亏状况; 并制定改进的行动方案和客制化的项目,从而不断提升客户的满意度。
·  Provides realistic rolling demand forecasts in collaboration with sales head, business operation team & marketing on a monthly basis to reflect the update in-market situation 向销售经理,业务运作团队及市场部每月提供切实的循环需求预测,反应最新的市场销售状态。
·  Works proactively with marketing team on campaign developments, and, leverage with professional activities in HCP, to ensure brand image enhancement with high-quality execution 与市场部在推广活动上积极主动合作, 并协同在医院专业渠道的活动,以保证通过高质量执行确保品牌形象的不断提升。
·  Possesses sound marketing concepts and provides inputs on overall strategic and organization issues; share best practice of E-customer to the organization. 拥有良好的市场概念,给公司就整体战略问题和组织问题提供意见;摘取在电商客户的成功案例在组织内部进行经验分享。
·  Other tasks or projects assigned by line manager上级主管安排的其他任务 Conducts business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition 遵循商业行为准则,合法合理开展业务活动

Basic Requirements of the Job 基本任职资格 :

·  At least Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business Degree 相关市场或商业专业,本科学历
·  Good command of English in both spoken and written 英语说写能力俱佳
·  Good command of MS office software application 熟练应用微软办公软件
·  At least 3-year Sales & marketing experience in OTC, personal care industry with at least 1 years in managerial role. Marketing background is preferred 至少有3年医药零售行业或个人护理产品行业的销售及营销经验,同时至少具有1年管理岗位的任职经验。有市场部经验的优先考虑。
