We are seeking for an Innovation Assistant Project Manager under a 18-month VIE contract to join the Innovation department in Geneva to provide transversal project management support to the team across multiple key projects with a focus on Blockchain topics.

 

Key responsibilities 

·  Update and sharing of all innovation projects schedules, track project progress in terms of time, results, budget
·  Follow up on technology watch, share outside benchmarks to nourish the teams’ initiatives
·  Manage innovation projects on his/her own with a strong focus on Blockchain / digital projects and/or support other team members in their planning and execution of proof of concept. 
·  Coordinate interactions with all Innovation department’s internal and external stakeholders
·  Follow the BU/YTD/LE budget and support the Innovation Team to assess and change the priorities, manage accordingly relations with external providers

 

Your profile

·  Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Communication with a strong focus on innovation management in an international environment
·  First experience with Digital and/or Blockchain innovative projects is highly preferable 
·  Experience in project management
·  Fluent in English and French
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·  Curious, open-minded and passionate about innovation topics
·  Strong organizational and analytical skills
·  Team-player also able to work independently

 

Eligibility to the VIE Program

·  Candidates between 18 and 28 years old
·  Nationals of Member States of the European Economic Area (EAA), who have fulfilled their national service obligation
