Well, here at Watchfinder we’re on the lookout for a Co-ordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team based in Maidstone.

Our HR & Talent Acquisition teams know the business inside out and work alongside their colleagues to ensure that people are at the heart of the decision-making process. We’re a commercial, pragmatic and agile team. We understand the urgency, speed and agility to work at and are collaborative in our decision-making.

In this role, you’ll be recruiting for a number of retail and head office roles and providing wider support to the Talent Acquisition team.

 

Day to day you’ll be posting adverts, arranging interviews, administering checks and sending feedback to candidates ensuring that candidate experience is a top priority in all that we do. Yes, it’s a very busy job! It’s a non-stop, fast-paced role where there is always plenty to do.

 

Ideally, we’re looking for someone with either recruitment agency experience of minimum 2-3 years is ready to take the step internally.

 

You will have experience of hiring in the e-commerce sphere, with experience of recruiting for IT/Creative roles preferable but, not essential.
