OVERVIEW:  The main purpose of the Shipping and Receiving is to perform  production tasks within the customer service processes framework

for the after-sales services division, with the ability to cross-train in other departments and assist with tasks in other departments, as needed for the business. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·  Ensure all receiving & shipping federal/state/corporate requirements to maintain compliances are met, including hazardous materials
·  Process the registration and any other processing necessary for brands and products to meet administration department production goals
·  Unpack incoming products and ensure we are abiding by security measures already in place for compliance purposes
·  Unpack products received from vendors and ensure the product is placed in the next steps of the repair process upon receipt
·  Receive in supplies needed for shipping and receiving operations and place items in the appropriate locations
·  Ensure that original client boxes are returned according to Brand Policy
·  Place outbound products in a box and prepare for shipping
·  Filter incoming items received and ensure they are distributed accordingly
·  Perform physical replenishments/put ways of shipping materials as needed             

YOUR PROFILE

·  Minimum of 2 years of receiving, unpacking and shipping experience
·  Good Communication and Computer Skills Microsoft Office applications
·  Knowledge of SAP system is a plus, especially Customer Service module
·  Self-motivation and initiative are essential
·  Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment is required
·  Organizational and interpersonal communication skills is required
·  Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously required
·  Ability to reach overhead
·  Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
·  High school diploma.
