Location: Burlington Arcade

Working Hours: 43 Hours per week

Reporting to: Head of Retail and Head of Purchasing

Role Insight

You will work alongside your colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will be a confident communicator, driven and self-motivated. You will liaise with the Head of Purchasing and follow instruction clearly where given to achieve the best possible outcome. As a customer facing role, you will be a firm individual who can deliver excellent customer service as well as dealing with any issues that may arise. You can build a solid rapport with others and you will have the customers interests at the heart of what you do. As coordinator, you will demonstrate your knowledge of the purchasing and stock procedures with confidence. Duties will include

·  Opening and closing of store, ensuring that the store is tidy and presentable
·  Managing and making appointments via our diary system to follow the appointment only policy
·  Understanding the purchasing procedures
·  Buying and negotiating prices of watches including part exchange to secure a deal with the best possible margin
·  Welcoming customers who are viewing watches on the day, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
·  Understanding the stock control internal procedures
·  Undertaking daily and monthly stock takes
·   Cash checking
·  Checking daily orders of manifests.
·  Carrying out basic inspections of watch aesthetics

 

About you ... 

·  A meticulous worker with an attention to detail
·  Excellent organisation, communication and negotiation skills
·  Personable with a good, polite manner
·  Able to follow instructions and directions precisely
·  Confident in delivering updates to customers demonstrating excellent customer service at all times
·  Sales and negotiating experience
·  Experience in working with customers on a one to one basis in a luxury retail or boutique setting is highly advantageous
