We are looking for a Legal Team Secretary/Assistant to provide general legal and administrative assistance to the Richemont Legal Team in the UK Head Office, in Central London. This position supports a small team of 3 Lawyers and reports to the UK Head Counsel. This is a one year maternity cover contract, starting in January 2020.

 

How will the role excite you…

·  A friendly intimate team in a large sociable office in the centre of a thriving and exciting city
·  A role which can be adapted for full or part time (to cover ≥3.5 days per week)
·  Proof-reading, comparing and marking up draft legal documentation and preparing originals for signature
·  Assisting the Company Secretary with preparing and filing statutory documentation
·  Administering our Company Secretarial Software, Diligent (formerly Blueprint OneWorld) including adding and supporting new users, entering and monitoring new company data, liaising with Diligent Support for technical queries
·  Supporting the team with general IT queries
·  Booking and preparing for meetings
·  Managing postal arrangements
·  Setting up new vendors in SAP
·  Organising and maintaining logical filing systems
·  Creating and maintaining tables, schedules, guides and presentations
·  Booking travel and accommodation
·  Undertaking all administrative tasks

Your application will stand out if you have…

·  Prior experience with Blueprint Oneworld/Diligent Entities Company Secretarial Software or similar Company Secretarial software
·  Prior experience working with SAP
