MISSION

To be the referent in series production to interact on a daily basis with manufacturers dedicated to Cartier products and quality control teams (FLL).

To validate/derogate in order to maximize the fluidity and efficiency process both for FP and R&C topics.

To coordinate the definition and the application of corrective actions to reach the continuous improvement

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·  Key responsibility 1

 

In accordance to defined guidelines control at the logistic portal the rejected products by distinguishing the ones that can be accepted/derogated to the ones that have to be rejected.

 

Propose for validation the appropriate panoplies (raw & components, final products) and distribute at manufacturers, logistic portal and PRF. For leather assures that all partners have the appropriate panoplies and coordinates with the Leather Department

 

 

·  Key responsibility 2

 

To share new failure modes detected at the logistic portal.

 

To coordinate the analysis of the failure modes and the definition of appropriate corrective actions together with PRF technicians.

 

To monitor and reporting the application of the defined corrective actions pushing their application to pursue the continuous improvement

 

 

·  Key responsibility 3

 

To train FLL to Cartier quality standards or to new collections / shapes.

 

To train the PRF R&C Quality Inspection Team to Cartier quality standards.

 

To validate new controllers at FLL

 

 

·  Key responsibility 4

 

To assure detailed reports for the controls at the logistic portal by editing KPIs
