KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibility 1 – Sales analysis and reporting
· Sales report and anaylisi (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) – Sales, Category, competitors and etc.
· Target-setting, forecasting and analysing regularly for target, sales, product, inventory and sales trends.
· Provide & createKPIdashboard to track status, tomanage and evaluate each boutiques’ and each individual sales staff’s performances and achievement.
Key responsibility 2 – Retail performance management and support of retail activation
· Strategic plan for sales improvement (BTQ activation plan, Incentive plan, promotion plan, KPI management and BTQ productivity)
· Target-setting, forecasting and analysingregularly for target, sales, product, inventory and sales trends.
· Guide and conduct sales analysis and merchandising reporting by BTQ / Track sell-out result & analysis the performance by BTQ, by category to increase sales & sell-out. / Manage stock flow & stock turn for efficient stock movement by BTQ and D/C stock
· Provide & createKPIdashboard to track status, tomanage and evaluate each boutiques’ and each individual sales staff’s performances and achievement.
· MaximizeBTQ’s efficiencyand plan to drive store productivity and profitability.
· Set and manage budget and KPI’s at country level ensuring budgeted profitability and standards are achieved.
· Develop and manage a commercially successful retail calendar and other relevant plans that drive store productivity and profitability
· Monitoring categories and products and planning actions to achieve objectives on categories.
· Monitoring competitors’ promotion and activities to find out counter activities and benchmarks
Key responsibility 3 – Retail operation management
· Operational supervision; daily sales transaction, inquiry follow-up, Company procedure (i.e.Discount) monitoring / Monthly BTQ operation.
· Expense, Payroll, incentive, operation guideline, roaster plan, Retail (BTQ POSM), Security, ICS and etc.
· Build all operational process and guidelines in line with RIC compliance and audit and communicate with BTQs and all related department.
· Retail tool implementation with global direction.
· Maintain and suggest promptly for data tracking with IT system.
· Manage all guidelines and rules ofworking hours, day off, shift working hours.
