Due to continued expansion, Watchfinder is currently seeking Italian speaking individuals to join our busy Sales department. As our Italian Speaking Sales Advisor, you'll be based within our Head Office sales functions and be responsible for providing premium service to our Italian clientele.

You'd be part of an exciting new venture, the launching of our new Italian website! You'll be the go-to person for all enquiries and sales that are generated via the website from support from our experienced marketing department. You'll be bilingual and fluent in speaking and writing Italian at Native or Fluent level.

 

You're smart and intuitive- a good reader of people and situations. You're diligent, well organised, commercially astute and know what a sales process is.

 

With your strong relationship building skills, exceptional customer serviceability; your one-time customer will become repeat clients. As your client base grows, so shall you...

 

Duties will include, but not limited to:

·  Contacting customers via telephone and email to respond to enquiries submitted via our website
·  Support customers from the beginning to end of the sales process, including servicing and warranty related issues.
·  Negotiating sales of watches (Often with a part exchange involved) to secure a deal with the best possible margin
·  Managing an ongoing pipeline of enquiries via a diary system to maximise conversion
·  Managing “live” orders post-payment and dealing with after-sales queries from your customers
·  Dealing with customers in person who visits the showroom to view or collect a watch
·  Answering to and supporting the business with translation queries and exercises

 

About you…

·  Fluent in speaking and writing in Italian and English
·  Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
·  Positive and engaging communication skills
·  Results Driven and goal-oriented
·  Highly organized with the ability to prioritise own workload.

·  Experience in telesales, retail or Automotive sales is necessary due to the nature of the role.
