Join our Enterprise Application Services support team, a unique opportunity to coordinate our applications support in close relationship with all our functional teams, offshore teams and Regional support teams.

WE RECRUIT : A support coordinator within our Enterprise Application Services Department
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Our applications are deployed worldwide across a community of more than 20.000 users , you will have the opportunity to work on very diverse topics such as:

· Ensure respect of our Service Level Agreement towards business in close collaboration with our L2 regions
· Coordination of our L3 Support teams to deliver maintenance cycles every 2 weeks
· Coordination of our offshore teams activities
·
· EAS support internal & external performance reporting and communication
· Critical incident communication and root cause assessment
·
· Global coordination of Support processes, tools and Service Level Agreement
· Global Initiatives to improve our support operations and any levers to maintain our support quality and effectiveness (recurring issue, automation…)
· Ensure proper organization of handover from project to support mode for any new features/applications
WHAT SKILLS ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
· Preliminary training
University degree in Information technology or engineering or Business Administration
· Areas of competencies
Proven experience in managing teams (projects or within an IT organization)
Hands-on experience in at least one specific SAP module
Working knowledge of integration points
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Specific knowledge
Credibility as a central contact for the business for Support matters
ITIL certified is a plus
· Professional experience
Min. 6 years SAP experience with focus on SD, MM, or LE
At least 1 full SAP cycle implementation
At least 1 year in a Support function
International exposure
Experience working with offshore resources
· Languages
English (Mandatory)
French is a plus
· Required aptitude and qualities
