The Red Bull Wings Team is a fun-loving, entrepreneurial, charming and dynamic group at the heart of Red Bull's marketing strategy. Our goal is to drive product trial, win new users, introduce existing Red Bull users to new consumption occasions and of course offer a memorable interaction that will drive brand loyalty. Wings Team Members are the face of the Red Bull brand.

·  Be a product & brand expert

Become a credible Product & Brand expert: deliver functionality message and a sampling kay chain with every consumer interaction

Be knowledgeable and comfortable with overcoming objections with the consumer and answering questions

Understand the mental and physical benefits of the product and tailor them for each customer

Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Red Bull properties, events and athletes

Be able to identify future Wings Team Members while out on the road and exchange contact information for Consumer Collecting Specialist

Must be willing to learn and take part in all aspects of the Red Bull business (such as marketing and sales)

Proactively provide ideas, contacts and suggestions for sampling on an on-going basis

Contribute quality mission plans on a weekly basis via Wings Team Base - the online home of the Wings Team Program

Develop relationships & assist counterparts in the SBM program with marketing, planning Wings Team support & event executions

·  Be experts at engaging consumers

Be the sparkling personality that captivates their audience at all times

Be a social chameleon: approach a variety of strangers and interact in a natural conversation with the goal of developing brand loyalty with the consumer

Be an active listener to ensure the consumer is driving the conversation

Act as a Red Bull Ambassador at all times; may be asked to share Red Bull event info/links/video clips on their personal social networking pages/websites in their own voice

Must be able to collaborate and work effectively with sampling partners

Develop a rapport with consumers in a short time through natural dialogue

Identify future sampling opportunities while speaking with consumers and share relevant information with Consumer Collecting Specialist and Wings Team Leader

·  Be the face of the brand

Drive trial of Red Bull products with quality interactions by fostering a premium image of the brand with the consumer

Convey a charming, adventurous and natural image reflective of our values, events and premium brand

Engage in charming and light hearted interactions during entire duration of the sampling mission

Current full-time student within Metro Manila or Metro Cebu

· 
Fluent in English

· 
Ability to speak Tagalog or Bisaya is an advantage

· 
Non-Professional Drivers License required

· 
Excellent communication skills

· 
Charismatic and outgoing personality

· 
A mature attitude towards life and work

· 
Must use great judgement, be proactive and self motivated

· 
Must have local market knowledge

· 
Unique or individualistic hobbies – be yourself!

· 
Ability to work exceptionally well with others in a strong team environment

· 
Available for 2-4 shifts per week (12 - 24 hours)

· 
Flexible schedule - must be able to work odd hours including nights, weekends and some public holidays

Must be available to attend and actively participate in team workshops (monthly) and national training colleges (quarterly)

· 
Must be able to work outdoors

· 
Must be able to stand and remain mobile for extended periods of time during sampling missions
