As part of the Audience Intelligence team, you’ll act as product owner/product manager for various digital analytics data products and services. You’ll use the AGILE framework to assign priority and help to create product data-oriented user stories.

·  Product delivery

In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for the overall process of product delivery focusing on data management across the different analytics systems that Audience Intelligence is responsible for. Additionally, you’ll maintain and develop our product roadmap.

·  Create product/user stories and written specifications

You’ll create and discuss different product stories with all the stakeholders in order to assign the priorities to our development team. You’ll produce clear, thorough, written specifications and user stories for all feature functionalities and user flow in close collaboration with your team.

·  Drive product improvement & development

As Data Product Manager, you’ll regularly challenge established data services against new services on the market – from a functional point of view as well as from a cost perspective. Thereby, you’ll drive continual product improvements based on your own customer research, market/competitive analysis, and product performance. You’ll analyze quantitative and qualitative data to drive proactive planning for future development.

·  Work with stakeholders

You’ll effectively communicate directly with cross-functional stakeholders and train them on product features and functionality. Moreover, you'll document processes and workflows for internal and external stakeholders.

·  Promote Agile framework

In a proactive way, you’ll support the team in understanding and using an AGILE framework in order to change the team approach.

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· 
At least 3 - 5 years professional experience in Digital Products Management, Product Ownership, Requirements Engineering and/or Analytics

· 
Experience in digital analytics is mandatory

· 
Experience in Product Management and familiarity with the Agile framework

· 
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

· 
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of colleagues

· 
Performance and result-oriented

· 
A proactive and service-oriented mindset

· 

University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or IT education with several years of experience

· 

Fluent in English, German language is a plus
