Our goal is to be the energy category experts, and the only reasonable choice when deciding on an energy category partner. The right candidate for this role will be an integral part in building, developing and maintaining credible, long term, category lead relationships with Red Bull’s retail partners. In addition, the Category Specialist will be to support the Sales Team, and to apply category insights and expertise to identify opportunities for them to grow Red Bull sales and market share. The ideal candidate must be able to anticipate customer needs and utilize the Category Management process in addition to analytics/research to provide solutions and identify opportunities.

·  Category Project Management

Analysis of market data and customer data leading to the recommendation of changes in the range and rules of exposure.

Analysis KPIs of Category (assortment, space, OOS, distribution).

Definition of planograms.

Development of category management projects to convert data into actions.

Development and management of secondary placement (fridge) and visibility materials for the Category.

 

·  Sales Force Driving

Drive Sales Force to obtain quantitative and qualitative objectives (assortment/space/category engagement).

Support to Sell Out team in the development of easy category projects/planograms   to reach opportunity on the points of sales.

  

·  Retailers relationship Management

Implement Category development programs by leading the dialogue with Retailers to focus on Category growth opportunities.

Present Red Bull’s Category credentials to key Retailers in a compelling manner.

Turn insights into actions by executing, analyzing, and evaluating Category plans and identifying key opportunities for Red Bull and our retailers to capitalize on.  

 

 

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· 
At least 3-4 years of job experience in FMCG sector, ideally in the Category Management or Trade Marketing Department.

· 
Clear understanding of markets, sales & distribution, competitor activity, consumer & shopper behavior.

· 
Strong orientation to sales, analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand customers and shopper requirements.

· 
Knowledge of Analysis System (as Nielsen or IRI) and software of Space Allocation is preferable

· 
Problem solving, proactivity, team skills.

· 
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· 
Advanced user of Power Point and Excel.

· 

University Degree (Economics or Management Degree)

· 

Fluent in written and spoken English
