·  Business Partnership

In this role you are the Finance business partner for our IT and Administration Managers. You work closely together with the departments and support them in all finance and budget relevant topics. You do this driven by a service mentality and by challenging, asking questions, giving suggestions and insights. Moreover, you are responsible for making sure that Global Standards and Guidelines are met. You also provide financial support on guidelines and processes to budget owners.

This role also promotes efficiency in Controlling in order to minimize time spent for report generation and increase time for analysis, commenting and insights sharing.

 

·  Guidelines & Trainings

As global contact person you are responsible for the IT costs section in our Group Controlling Guideline and hence for the definition and execution of our global structures and processes. Moreover, based on these Guidelines, you will act as a trainer in the Overheads Cost Controlling part in our Global Controlling Academies three times a year.

 

·  Total Cash Controlling

The global IT budget consists of operational expenses and investments (capital expenditures), which are brought together in reporting and planning through Total Cash Controlling (a combination of Overheads Costs Controlling and Investment Management). This combination requires a correct setup of global structures and processes, for which you will be responsible.

 

·  Planning & Forecasting

You act as the planning coordinator across various management levels to ensure data collection and data entry within our deadlines and fulfill all relevant planning deliveries on time. Based on content you challenge the budgets and provide monthly year to go estimates. You contribute to a high forecasting accuracy of business plans, revised estimates and long-term forecasts.

 

·  Month End Closing / Reporting / Analysis

You are responsible for a timely distribution of financial information (plan & actual) to every budget holder by sending out reports (incl. comments) and by presenting the information in regular meetings. You support management in the review and tracking of department budgets.

You ensure that master data (cost centers, internal orders and hierarchies) across controlling systems is always updated in order to guarantee consistent standard reporting and ad hoc analysis.

Moreover, you support the international recharge process of IT costs.

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· 
Up to 3 years working experience in a controlling role

· 
Microsoft Office knowledge (high level in Excel & PowerPoint)

· 
Familiarity with a business analysis tool like SAP R/3, SAP BI, SAP Business Objects or Hyperion is a strong plus

· 
Proactive, self-motivated and directed, able to work with different topics in parallel in a fast paced environment

· 
Entrepreneurial spirit, team player, strong analytical skills, result- and performance driven

· 

University degree in Economics, Business Administrations, Finance or Controlling

· 

Excellent command of English, Knowledge of the German language is a strong plus
