·  Local and International Accounting Standards

Assure an effective monthly reconciliation process to all balance sheet accounts by keeping it free of  old holdovers and creating and establishing bases of comparison to all accounts on balance sheet.

Sustain a true and fair view of financial statement position by assuring existence and correct classification and valuation of RB Assets/Investments as per Fixed Assets/CAPEX, Inventory and other Assets according to local Accounting rules and IFRS, establishing effective periodical evaluation assessments, reconciliation and physical inventory counts.

·  Compliance and Statutory Risk Assessment

Assure 100% compliance to all relevant local legislation (e.g.: statutory accounting standards) and internal group accounting policies/guidelines, ensuring a correct company profit or loss for Statutory and Tax point of view, by: Correctly classifying RB journal entries (Deductible or non-deductible expenses); Providing all right support documentation; Correctly calculating and disclosing RB direct taxes; On time direct taxes payments; and Establishing periodical Risk Assessments.

Support Tax authorities investigations, mainly for direct taxes, by providing and organizing all requested documentation, driving and pursuing Tax authorities claims for correct interpretation of Red Bull business and aligning arguments for the Tax authorities claims and inquires with the internal areas.

100% of direct Tax or Authorities declarations and obligations as per income tax returns (DIPJ) and others (e.g. RTT, FCONT, SPED) will be coordinated by this position and must present high level of accuracy in order to avoid or mitigate risks of Tax inspections, Tax Authorities claims or negative audit opinions.

·  Business Support and Planning

Support RB organization in the Business Plan by providing and assuring correct finance information (Cash, Tax, etc.) and correct estimation of RB financial statement (Balance sheet and Cash Flow)

·  Process Efficiency

Support continual improvement process to drive efficiency and accuracy by streamlining Accounting and CAPEX processes.

Sustain and Stimulate excellence service from BPO companies by applying service level agreement (SLA), establishing periodical meeting reviews.

·  People Leadership and communication:

Ensure excellent skills in communication with the organization proposing ideas and solving issues in a daily basis.

Ihre berufliche Erfahrung:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience preferable in a similar organization.

· 
Excellent knowledge of all local GAAP and IFRS.

· 
Capable of proactive communication, effectively and convincingly based on facts with internal and external stakeholders.

· 
IT literate and ERP system as SAP knowledge

· 
A structured and well organized individual

· 
Must be self-motivated, self-directed and be able to work under pressure in a fast paced team environment.

· 

Finance / Business Administration Degree

· 

Advanced written and spoken English
