Randstad Italia SpA - Division Inhouse Services is looking for a Team Assistant Chinese Speaking
Our client is a leading telco company.
Key Responsibilities - Undertake of administrative and organizational tasks relating to the Business Unit needs; - Support the Milan team in day-to-day business operations; - Support in organizing conference, events, scheduling meetings/ appointments and welcoming customers and visitors; - Prepare and track purchase requisitions, purchase orders, expense claims, etc.; - Provide support for office facilities or other activities related to the corporate housing management.
Requirements: - University degree in Economics or relevant major; - More than 2 years of experience in business administration; - Proficient with MS Office; - Fluency in English, Chinese and Italian (written and spoken); - Excellent customer service orientation combined with good interpersonal skills; - Ability to work independently in multi-task work situations and with attention to details. Please note that due to a high level of applications we can only respond to applicants whose skills & qualifications are suitable for this position. A good knowledge of English, Italian and Chinese is mandatory
