Randstad Italia SpA - Division Inhouse Services is looking for a meticulous and proactive SPARE PARTS COORDINATOR to support service suppliers.
Our Client is a great telco company.
KEY ACTIVITIES - Coordinate with service supplier about spare parts applying, returning, stocktaking; - Coordinate with service center and our client’s warehouse about spare part provision lacking and replacing. - Coordinate with service center and our client’s warehouse about spare part return discrepancy. - Support service center on service order registering problems, clarify regulations.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS Knowledges: - Knowledge and understanding of customer care. - Knowledge of general after sales service process flow. - Precision. - Good teamworking. Experience: - Working Experience is additional. - University degree: any other further certification or qualification is additional. Skills: - Good skills of communication, listening and expressing, maintain good relationship with all customers. - Computer skills: excellent MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point). - Language skills: Very good written and spoken English, Italian and Chinese. Please note: all the languages are strictly required.
