Talent Academy Northern Ireland
The Northern Ireland Talent Academy is a two day residential course designed to help develop your overall business awareness as well as giving you an opportunity to get a taste of what it's like to work at PwC.

The Talent Academy will run on 7th & 8th April 2020   at the  Culloden Hotel.

A mix of skills sessions, recruitment workshops and business awareness workshops will help you build on your existing skills and knowledge with the workplace firmly in mind and we will have some fun along the way with interactive evening activity planned and the chance to dine with Partners. The course has been specifically designed to allow you to gain a more detailed overview of the world of Professional Services, providing you the opportunity to learn more about what we do, as well as providing a fantastic opportunity to meet and interact with PwC staff of all levels.

Assessment exercises, training sessions and a business project will culminate with a presentation to partners on the last day, when we aim to have equipped you with skills that are valuable in all markets.  These skills are based around The PwC Professional which PwC works around.

What you'll gain
You'll benefit from a demanding but rewarding course of learning and reflection with a dedicated PwC facilitator to work with your group throughout. You'll discover which business area you're interested in and complete a Career Focus Day after the Academy to potentially gain a place on one of our Northern Ireland internship or business placement programmes, which could ultimately lead to a graduate offer with our Northern Ireland office.

What you need to get in
·  You'll need to be a first year undergraduate university student on a 3 year degree course; or
·  You'll need to be a first year undergraduate university students on a 4 year degree course with one year spent in industry; or
·  You'll need to be a second year undergraduate university students on a 4 year degree course; and
·  You'll need to be on course for a 2.1 degree or above in any subject and 112 UCAS tariff* (or equivalent); and
·  You'll need to have a Grade C in GCSE English Language and Mathematics (or equivalent). *from up to three A Levels (excluding General Studies) or equivalent, taken in the same academic year and achieved at first sitting

When to apply
·  The application deadline is  5th Feb 2020 at 11pm.

·  The Online Assessments (Career valuation & Career unlocked) deadline is 16th February 2020 at 11pm.

·  The Video Interview deadline is  1st March 2020 at 11pm.
