As a logistic coordinator you will be a link between Product Supply area and the Strategic Sales area at Procter & Gamble. If you have a Strengths in analytical thinking, process driven, guide in excel and outstanding communication skills this job is for you

As a logistics coordinator you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring a balanced operation tracking materials availability, minimizing positions occupied by obsolete and/or initiative materials and sending monthly status of storage’s positions and costs, seeking to make the process more efficient.
• Ensure P&G Policies are being applied to POP procedure, including annual process review, inventory coordination (twice per year), obsolete material revision and annual security check.
• Build Initiative store plan by consolidating store confirmations from sales teams.
• Purchase Order creation and Budget control
• Communication/coordination with merchandisers, sales teams and logistic supplier.
• Tracking material reception on time according to CPS
• Develop and capacitate logistic supplier to ensure right execution at stores Among other.

Qualifications

Requirements for this role are:
• At least 2 years experience in similar roles.
• Communication skills.
• Experience running Business Plans and Inventory Management with third parties or distributors.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excel expert is a must
• Strengths in analytical thinking and process drive
