Your Role as an Intern in F&A:

As an Intern in Finance & Accounting, you will have meaningful responsibilities and work in projects that help us to generate more value to our shareholders. You may work on our Corporate Finance team driving stewardship, compliance and profits by working directly with Brazil Financial Statements, Tax & Government requirements and understanding business model implications. You will be working very close to our multifunctional teams (Brand, Sales, Logistic) being responsible to understand the financial structure of our products and drive key business decisions by analyzing pricing, Brazilian market environment (competitors and channels) and other aspects such as new launches and initiatives.

We are looking for:
•Recent graduate in Accounting
•Strong academic results coupled with Finance interest/ passion
•Leadership and strategic analysis thinking skills
•Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work across diverse organizations and teams.
•Good command of the English language and MS Office tools

Qualifications

Be pursuing a Bachelors' degree, with estimate graduation towards Dec/20 to Dec/21. Preferred discipline: Accounting
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
Ability to learn and master new tools/programming languages quickly
Comfort with ambiguous scenarios and possess strong problem-solving skills with a "can-do" attitude
Strong leadership skills (envisioning, empowering, influencing)
