The R&D Beauty Clinical Sciences Organization is seeking a Clinical Study Coordinator to manage the quality execution of clinical studies according to ICH/GCP guidelines. This role is pivotal for ensuring robust studies and consequently, robust results, for the development of technologies, products, claims, and new methods.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone minimum High School Diploma, Associate's Degree in Scientific Disciplines, Cosmetology Licensure, etc.

The Study Coordinator has primary responsibility for the executional integrity of clinical studies. The role requires close collaboration with Beauty Clinical Scientists, Trial Managers, Data Managers/Engineers, and Statisticians. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·  Provide clinical operations expertise for clinical trial protocols
·  Prepare clinical study timetables and budgets.
·  Manage IRB Submissions
·  Monitor clinical trials to verify that:
·  rights and well‐being of human subjects are protected
·  reported trial data are accurate, complete, and verifiable from source documents
·  conduct of clinical trials is in compliance with the currently approved protocol/amendment(s), with GCP, and with the applicable regulatory requirement(s)
·  Prepare key sections of clinical study reports and various regulatory documents
·  Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures for clinical trials
·  Adhere to all aspects of the Clinical Trial Network (CTN) quality systems and standard operating procedures
·  Comply with Procter & Gamble’s data integrity and business ethics requirements
