Full Time Position

Must be able/willing to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays, and early mornings, late evenings and night shifts as required.

As a Trainee Manager there are 6 main things that you will need:
1.Fashion / value or store based retail management experience
2.Commercial awareness with accountability for maximizing potential sales and saving costs
3.Previous experience in managing large teams
4.Excellent customer service and communication skills
5.Proven ability to motivate, inspire and develop people
6.Excellent organizational skills
