Retail People and Culture Business Partner (Dublin)

Are you a commercial thinking People and Culture Business Partner? Do you have 4 plus years HR experience? If you have a HR qualification CIPD or equivalent with the ability to engage, lead and inspire, then we might have the perfect opportunity for you as a Retail People and Culture Business Partner in our Dublin HQ.
Based in Dublin, you willsupport and partner with our Retail businessto and drive the People & Culture needs of ROI stores, working in partnership with the P&C and Retail Management Teams.

What the role involves;

Business Partnering
·  Develop successful, long term, strategic relationships with our customers to achieve best practice.
·  Contribute & influence key stakeholders weekly & quarterly senior management meetings.
·  Have knowledge and experience of the business and its intricacies and an ability to communicate in business terms.  
Employee Relations
·  Act as the first point of contact for internal customers (especially Area and Store Managers) with regard to employee relations issues
·  Provide timely and effective support and advice to internal customers
·  Participate in the Grievance, Disciplinary and Appeals processes when necessary  

Reports/ Compliance
·  Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of all Retail reporting as required
·  Deliver period, quarterly & 6 monthly reports for the Sales Director and Head of P&C - ROI
·  Oversee applicable incremental pay increases
·  Conduct value-add P&C visits to stores on an on-going basis supporting the business on all P&C matters and accurate implementation of all P&C policies & procedures
Learning & Development
·  Act as the Regional Retail Management Development Programme (RMDP)  driver for ROI
·  Maintenance and development of ‘Questionmark’ system ( RMDP).
·  Coach and advise Managers on conducting Performance Development Conversations with their direct reports including PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) process.  
Recruitment – for Retail Management
·  Partner with key lines of business to stay informed of upcoming hiring needs
·  Communicate agreed internal and external vacancies up to Assistant Manager level as appropriate
·  Work with the Recruitment Specialist to organise & deliver regular assessment centres to build a talent pipeline for Retail Management  

What experience you will need;
·  +4 years  P&C experience ideally in a dynamic, fast paced  multi-site retail/services environment
·  Ability to act as an adviser to Senior Managers on all aspects of employment legislation ensuring full legal and company policy compliance
·  Strong background in ER and IR
·  HR Knowledge & relevant HR qualification (CIPD equivalent)
·  Solid recruitment, training and ER experience
