Internship - E learning and Digital Training Specialist

The role will belong to the Quality Department and support the Quality Training and Methods manager in all training projects delivered by the Quality Academy worldwide.

The successful candidate will support his/her tutor in the following activities:

· managing the training courses, including the annual planning, and developing new ones;
· supporting the training delivery and all projects related to the implementation of Pirelli global workforce;
· promoting Training and Quality Events ( Newsletter/ Pnet etc) in order to foster the internal knowledge and the development of all employees;
· collecting and recording all the Projects activated by Training event ( Results & Saving);
· managing New Digital Platforms (i.e. Community, E-learning, Webinar…) to implement the digitalization of the Quality Training Academy.

Requirements

Full proficiency in Italian and English.

Full proficiency in Microsoft office suite, in particular Excel.

Good knowledge of Adobe Systems, Flash, Photoshop and/or Web page creation and editing software is considered a plus.

Ability of actively use Innovation Tools (E-learning/Webinar/Web cast…).

Ability to apply digital approach in all training events and tools.

Proactivity, flexibility, teamworking and results orientation.

Education

Master degree in Communication / Media.
