The person we're looking for will join the Pirelli Industrial Human Resources & Organization function as HR Planning & Organization Specialist, reporting directly to our Head of Organization and HR Planning.

He/ she will be involved both on daily operational activities as well as in the participation to organizational strategic projects.

In particular he/ she will be responsible for the following tasks:

· Contribute to the strategic planning process, by designing simulations and scenarios related to the workforce sizing and cost
· Assure periodical analysis on headcount, labour cost, hours worked, historical trends ad variances, producing regular reporting
· Carry out internal/external benchmarks on structures sizing and costs
· Coordinate at global level all HR planning processes by communicating strategic guidelines and collecting data from the Regions
· Manage Company’s organizational structure in to SAP HR, monitoring overall consistency of the structures and directly updating HQ and Europe Region structures in to the system
· Participate and/or drive organizational analysis and process review projects (structures, sizing, roles and responsibilities) by directly interacting with line managers
· Maintain the job description catalogue adapting roles and responsibilities to company’s strategic needs

Requirements:

· 2-3 years of experience in similar position or in consulting firms
· Fluent in English and basic Italian
· Strong quantitative analysis skills
· Problem solving, project management, communication, independence and proactivity skills
· Availability to travel
· Strong interpersonal skills at different levels (top management, regional management, team, different functions at global level)
· Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power Point
· Knowledge or partial knowledge of SAP HR module
