Job Description

Here at PepsiCo we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join us on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

As a key member of PepsiCo's UK Talent Acquisition team, you will partner with our Commercial function, as well as the Talent Acquisition Manager, to develop and execute bespoke recruitment strategies, and manage the identification and selection of high potential external talent. You will act as a recruitment advisor to multiple stakeholders whilst managing full lifecycle recruitment across Sales, Marketing and Digital, from initial role briefing and candidate identification through to assessment and offer.

This opportunity would suit someone who has had a blend of in-house recruitment and agency experience, as well as a sound understanding of the commercial talent landscape. The successful candidate will be experienced in building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, as well as being able to source and engage an active talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities include:
·  Partner with Hiring Managers, HR and the Talent Acquisition Manager to deliver a best in class recruitment experience for all internal and external opportunities across the commercial function.
·  Develop and clearly articulate recruitment strategies for each individual requirement.
·  Write and promote engaging internal and external job adverts based on a thorough role briefing.
·  Direct source candidates using a range of methods and tools, building a shortlist of candidates to present to the hiring manager.
·  Effectively telephone interview prospectus candidates and clearly articulate recommendations to Hiring Managers.
·  Provide a best in class candidate experience to all candidates, at each stage of their application process.
·  Effectively articulate PepsiCo’s EVP to all active and prospectus candidates.
·  Partner with Talent Acquisition Coordinators to effectively execute a timely recruitment process including posting open positions, scheduling interviews, and generating offer letters.
·  Effectively manage commercial discussions with external agencies where appropriate.
·  Build hiring manager recruitment capability by delivering recruitment skills training.
·  Build effective future talent pipelines where required with a clear “keep warm”/engagement strategy.
·  Bring external market insights to TA, HR and Hiring Manager conversations.

Qualifications/Requirements

•Prior recruitment experience (ideally with a similar-sized corporate business).
•Full lifecycle recruitment experience, ideally for a commercial function.
•Experience of using an applicant tracking system as well as LinkedIn recruiter and job boards databases to source candidates.
•Proven experience of building great relationships with internal senior stakeholders across various functions.
•Previous experience of managing a high requisition load, with often changing priorities.
