Job Description

·  Deliver an optimized supply plan across Co-Manufacture & Import/Export to maintain the target stock holding of all SKU’s within the network and the target SLA for Export BU’s.
·  Lead the 16 week Demand & Supply Control process.
·  Timely communicates Co-Man & Import Plan Orders requirements & exception process according to weekly Demand.
·  Overall coordination the deliveries of Co-Man products and Inter-Company supply through close communication and escalation of associated service risk.
·  Tracked KPIs: DII, Customer service level, Low Code & SLA adherence.
·  Maintain close communication with the transport, warehouse and logistics partners in organizing the transport to PepsiCo locations or customers;
·  Support the total Category iS&OP process by providing timely input and insights to the iSCP Lead.
·  Parameter set up & maintenance in JDA and SAP

Qualifications/Requirements

·  High level of knowledge & understanding of the E2E supply systems & processes ideally with proven supply chain planning experience.
·  Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, able to interrogate data and produce detailed outputs to meet Service level requirements.
·  Utilizes understanding of ISCP and manufacturing, functional performance and interrelationships to maximize results & limit risk
·  Strong communication / facilitation skills to build and sustain a wide range of working relationships across internal BU’s and external Suppliers, being flexible in their approach to achieve the collective aims.
·  +3 Years Supply Chain experience
·  Bachelor degree
